As the Operations Manager and Head of the Setting Out department for over a decade, Zsolt's strategic guidance has been pivotal in the successful completion of more than 500 major projects, contributing to the development of London's infrastructure. His dedication to precision and accuracy is reflected in the flawlessly accomplished over 1000 setting out tasks, consistently delivering outstanding results in both the public and private sectors.
Zsolt’s expertise covers various sectors, including collaborations with local authorities, highway design teams, construction firms, and developers, showcasing a deep understanding of industry requirements and a commitment to stakeholder collaboration. Over the past ten years, he has been instrumental in carrying out setting out`s on projects across Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Fulham, Croydon, Twickenham, Bromley, Plumstead, and the City of London. In this time, he has built trust and upheld professionalism with prominent design firms such as WSP and major road construction companies, while maintaining strong liaisons with local council authorities.

The Last Project as an Engineer
Under my leadership, my final major project as an engineer, the 'Holborn Liveable Neighbourhood' topographical survey for Camden Borough Council and Norman Rourke Pryme, stands as a testament to our precision and dedication.
Covering over 150,000 sqm, scanning in excess of 16 billion data points, and managing data totalling more than 1TB, our team exhibited an unparalleled level of commitment.
This project was not only a technical triumph but also sailed through two independent reviews flawlessly.
